Hello, I'm Claire Starbuck.

My passion for sports and fitness has been a lifelong journey, leading me to a rewarding career dedicated to helping people of all ages and abilities. Since 2000, I have enjoyed the privilege of working in the industry as a Sports Therapist and a Circuits Instructor. My background includes an honours degree in Sports Studies from Southampton University and qualifications as a Sports Therapist and Circuits Instructor with Premier Training International. I am proud to work alongside the skilled teams at the Eastleigh and Wellow Chiropractic Clinics.

My commitment to providing comprehensive care led me to become a Foot Health Practitioner. I qualified with Distinction in 2025 after training at the renowned SMAE Institute, which offers the UK's only university-accredited Foot Health course. This top-tier education has given me a deeper understanding of how the health of our feet impacts the well-being of our entire body.

As a proud member of the College of Foot Health Professionals, the Association of Foot Health Professionals, and the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), I am fully insured and dedicated to a high standard of practice. Ultimately, my goal is to help you regain your functional fitness, whether for daily activities or competitive sports, by focusing on the health and balance of your entire body, from the feet up.
